Representing Luxembourg, Benoit Poletti, CEO of INCERT Public Agency, is a recognized authority in cybersecurity, identity management, and applied cryptography, with over 20 years of experience forming global digital security policies and standards. As a Franco-German expert fluent in French, English, and German, he brings a uniquely European perspective to international cyber governance and threat intelligence.
